Dear little Winkie came to us from a rural WV shelter.  She was brought to the shelter by her former guardians because they "had too many dogs."  Our guess is that Winkie drew the short straw and got dumped at the pound.

She would love nothing more than to be in a loving home, with no fear of ever being dumped again.  Dogs don't dump people.  Why do people dump dogs?

*Special note from Winkie's foster: 
I have her now and she is an absolute DOLL! She is happy to see EVERYONE, doesnt bother my cat, loves my toddler, is good with my 2 other dogs. And she loves to lay in your lap and get love! I have nothing but good things to say about this little girl!
