Miss Annie comes to us from a rural WV shelter, where she was found as a stray.  The shelter has a high rate of euthanasia, and we pulled her out just in time!  She's a laid back, sweet gal, who just needs a family to love, a nice soft pillow, and some toys.  She's fine with other dogs and kids.  We don't know about cats.  She's a beagle = she must have a fence.  Electronic fences are not acceptable for this baby.  Her life has already been tough enough, and she doesn't need shocked in the head.
