We are a very small group of volunteers who work hard to pull dogs from rural animal shelters. 

Most dogs in rural shelters have a very small chance of ever leaving the shelter. 

We do not have a facility or kennel.  The dogs that are listed are in safe, loving foster homes. 

We serve the Eastern Panhandle of WV and surrounding counties in MD, VA and PA.
