PawsCrossedDogRescue.com serves the Eastern Panhandle of WV and surrounding counties. Please read "Adoption Information" on our website. Casper comes to us from rural southern WV, where he was seized from his owners and taken in by the local animal control shelter. He's a happy little guy, LOVES to play with other small dogs, and is learning about cats! Casper would love to just have a family of his own, where he would feel safe, loved, and nurtured.
