Little Regan was found on the road with 2 other littermates. The person who found the dogs got homes for 2 of them, and couldn't keep Regan. We think she's a Chihuahua mix...but mixed with what breed, we're not sure. We do know that she's completely adorable! We've had her to the vet, so she's all up to date on vetting. The only thing she needs is a loving forever home! No, she's not housetrained. She's a puppy.
