PawsCrossedDogRescue.com serves the Eastern Panhandle of WV and surrounding counties. Baby Rhea is an owner surrender. While we are unsure of her history, we know she was neglected. She's tiny, at 6 pounds. At 9 weeks old, assume she is not house trained. Of course, she's very friendly! She came from a home with other dogs, too. We don't know how she is with cats or kids just yet.
