Bear comes to us as an owner surrender.  His previous owner had to move into a small apartment, and couldn't take Bear. 

Bear is a 5-year old pure-bred Golden Retriever.  He's around 75 pounds, and good with other dogs, and kids.  We don't know about cats.  He's very friendly, up-to-date with all vetting, and is neutered.  He has a tiny spot of flea-allergy dermatitis on his rear end, which is being managed with medication.  It will clear up, so no worries.  It's actually very common.

If you're a Golden Retriever lover, you will be blown away with Bear!  He's smart, gorgeous, funny, and a very good boy!  He is house trained, according to his previous owner.
