Jasper comes to us from Animal Control, where he was left, dumped in their overnight kennel area. He's a sweet, sweet boy... kind of on the shy side, actually. It appears as though he was well cared for by whomever dumped him at the shelter. We don't know why. He does LOVE to be in someone's lap! If you're ready to have a little guy sit in your lap, watch TV with you, or just hang out, Jasper's probably your guy! We recommend a fence for Jasper.
