This pup's mother was a puppy mill dog.  Thankfully, we got her pulled out of that mess before she gave birth, so she was able to have her pups in the comfort of a loving foster home.  We're not exactly sure when the pups will be available for adoption, but we're thinking late August or early September.  If you are interested, you should submit an adoption application today.  We do not know the paternal breed, but are assuming it was a bichon/maltese/poodle combo, or somewhere along those lines.  This puppy will require a physical fence.  Invisible fences &/or tie-outs are not acceptable.
