Little 8-pound Ziggy comes to us from a rural southern VA shelter, where he was found as a stray.  His time was up, so we pulled him into the safety of one of our fabulous foster homes!  Ziggy does well on a leash, is fine with other dogs, barks and chases cats.  He's an alert and active dog.  We estimate his age to be around 5 or 6 years old, although once he's bathed, groomed, and gets good food, we may find that he's a bit younger. He loves to be outside and go on car rides.  He is very loyal to his human and gets attached quickly. Sometimes shelter dogs look older than they are, just based on the hard life they've had so far.  Ziggy's hit the jackpot, because the rough days are over, and he's landed in clover!  It's all good from here on out for Ziggy!

He appears to be house trained, is neutered, and fully vetted!  Ready for his forever home!
