Little Loopy was an owner surrender from southern WV.  They just couldn't take care of him any longer.  He's a very tiny dog, weighing in at around 6 pounds.  He is super friendly!  If you're looking for that little lap dog, or purse-size dog, Loopy might be your guy!  He can be chosey about his canine friends.  He will have to meet any potential animals that will live in the home with him.  Loopy also has a history of having a couple mild seizures, which he comes out of in under a few minutes.  At this point, the vet has seen no reason to prescribe any medication, as the seizures were probably excitement-induced, and very infrequent.  His foster says that he's not 100% house-trained, and has experienced a couple accidents in the house.

We don't know how he is with cats.
